Danny Lee

Dr. Danny Lee is an expert in media and marketing consultancy in Hong Kong and China. He is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, Audit Committee Chairman and remuneration committee of a leading media listed company in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Prior to his current role, Dr. Lee was the Vice Chairman, COO and CFO of Ogilvy & Mather Greater China, a leading marketing communications group in Greater China (China, Hong Kong and Taiwan) for eighteen years. He was one of the two pioneers in building and growing the Group in China from scratch to a +US$120 million revenue Company. The Group has been continuously leading the industry in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan in all disciplines including Advertising, Public Relations, Internet marketing and Field marketing.

Danny is a holder of Doctor degree in Business Administration (2003) and Master Degrees in English (2006), International Accountancy (1997), and Electronic Commerce & Internet Computing (2008). He is also a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a Chartered Certified Accountant of the CACA (Chartered Association of Certified Accountants), a CPA of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB).

Mr. Andy Lau is the founder and chairman of The I-Consulting Group “ICG”. Prior to founding ICG, Andy held management positions in sales & marketing, and technical consulting at a global Internet Media and Market Research Firm (Nasdaq listed) with extensive International business experience.

Under Andy’s leadership ICG has grown from a small IT service provider in Hong Kong to a market leader in IT Outsourcing & Consultancy Services servicing listed companies, MNCs as well as SMEs, with presence spanning across Asia.

Andy is a renowned entrepreneur who had successfully founded a number of interesting IT business ventures in areas of CRM, Managed Services and Interactive Marketing.

Andy is a frequent speaker at international technology and management conferences. For public services, serving in Rotary Club, a world-wide charity organization promoting humanitarian service. Andy also serves in the committees of HKGCC, iProA and tertiary academic institutions as independent board advisor, and mentor.

Scott G. McNealy

Scott G. McNealy

Formerly the Chairman of Sun Microsystems, Inc.'s Board of Directors, Scott McNealy co-founded the company in 1982. He served as chief executive officer and chairman at Sun for 22 years, steering the company to constant innovation in open, network computing. He helped to transform Sun from a Silicon Valley start-up to a leading provider of network computing infrastructure with more than 30,000 employees worldwide, all while positioning the company as the model of corporate integrity. In 1986, he took the company public, creating one of the most notable publicly traded technology companies.

McNealy's vision and business acumen have made him one of the most influential and widely quoted leaders in the complex and fast-moving IT industry. He helped to shape the industry through his vision of network computing with the phrase “The Network is the Computer.” This vision has guided the direction of technology innovation into the 21st century, which is today referred to as “cloud computing.”

McNealy earned a Bachelors of Arts from Harvard University in 1976 and received a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University in 1980. He is a former hockey player and is a single-digit handicap golfer.

He is married and is the father of four boys.

NiQ Lai

Mr. LAI Ni Quiaque, is Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Head of Talent Engagement, City Telecom. Mr. Lai joined the Group in May 2004. Mr. Lai has extensive experience in telecommunications industry, research and finance, being highly rated in this field. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Lai was a Director and Head of Asia Telecom Research for Credit Suisse and was involved in global fund raisings for a wide range of Asian Telecom carries such as China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, China Netcom, SK Telecom, PCCW, Telekom Malaysia, etc. Before that, Mr. Lai held positions with Hong Kong Telecom and Kleinwort Benson Securities (Asia).

Mr. Lai holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and an Executive Master of Business Administration Degree from Kellogg-HKUST.

Mr. Lai is a Fellow member of HKICPA and CPA Australia and is a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. In 2009, Mr. Lai was awarded the "Champion of HR" at the Hong Kong HRM Awards 2009. Mr. Lai has also been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company.

T.B Song

T.B Song

Mr. T.B. Song is chairman of Ogilvy & Mather Greater China and WPP Greater China. T.B. has worked in the communications industry for almost 40 years since 1974.

T. B. joined Cathay Advertising in 1980; and was instrumental in the establishment, in 1981, of a technical relationship between Cathay Advertising and Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide. This led to the introduction into Cathay of western advertising concepts and systems.

In 1985, Cathay and Ogilvy & Mather created a joint venture company and Ogilvy & Mather Taiwan was established as the first agency in Taiwan with foreign investment. T.B. then served as the Managing Director. Within a few years, T.B. established the Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, OgilvyOne, EIG (now The Brand Union) and Activation (now OgilvyAction) disciplines.

He also founded and was named the first president of Taiwan 4A (Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies). In 1991, T.B.'s responsibilities expanded with his appointment as Chairman of Ogilvy & Mather China; responsible for the development of the mainland China market. Previously, he had developed agencies in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Fuzhou and Xiamen.

In 1994, T.B. was named Chairman of Ogilvy & Mather Greater China overseeing the Mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong markets.

In 1998, T.B. became a member of the Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide board.

In 2006, T.B. was selected as Chairman of WPP Greater China and was also honored as a lifetime advisor to China 4A which was established in the same year.

Today Ogilvy is the largest communications group in Greater China with more than 17 agencies spanning 17 cities.

Humphrey Polanen

Humphrey Polanen

Mr. Humphrey Polanen based in Silicon Valley, he contributes expertise in venture capital, entrepreneurship, experience as a operating executive for leading technology companies and an international corporate lawyer.

He is a director of two public companies, Edgewave Software (San Diego, CA), which he took public and Heritage Commerce Corp (Nasdaq:HTBK), a bank holding company of which he was a founder. Humphrey is also on the board of several private companies, including board chair of uCirrus Corp., a venture stage company focused on real time data management, and Acellent Technologies, a leader in smart structures and sensor networks.

Previously, Humphrey founded and was Managing General Partner of Internet Venture Partners, a European venture capital management firm for technology companies. Before that, he was General Manager of two divisions of Sun Microsystems where he led the Internet Commerce Group and the Network Security Division. He also held executive positions at Tandem Computers including corporate ventures and emerging market development.

Mr. Polanen is a graduate of Hamilton College and Harvard Law School.
